I like to be on hand at exhibitions and at their previews and to paint if possible as it can be intriguing for visitors to see for themselves how a painter works. It's also a chance to pass on and hear of tips from fellow enthusiasts. I am delighted to accept commissions, work I enjoy doing. Galleries I welcome approaches from galleries to exhibit my work, so if you like my paintings and feel that it would suit your gallery and your clientele please get in touch. Commissions From Individuals You may like a particular painting and want an original version, perhaps with changes to suit your own preference. Maybe you would like me to visit a particular place and portray that; either way I'd be pleased to discuss your requirements. Perhaps a surprise gift to a special person would be something to consider. Original paintings give lasting pleasure, and they will have their own written memoir, which I write, for extra interest. We agree as much as possible about the work, including a deadline at the outset, and I keep you informed of progress. A deposit of 30% typically secures the work. Payment With regret I am unable to accept payment via credit card, but accept cash, pounds sterling cheques, or international money orders. |
